Staff and medical staff are always helpful and the surgery is always immaculate. I have always been able to make either a telephone consultation or face to face when requested. Booking appointments for phlebotomy, B12 injections and other nursing appointments has never been a problem. Receptionists and back room staff are always polite and very helpful. I am very happy to be a registered patient at Bersted Green Surgery. The online repeat prescription service also works extremely well.

I know it’s a hard service with all the cutbacks but people’s health could be at risk

Still not heard from the doctor and it’s 6.09 pm and my granddaughter is inwell

Just listen to the people how are caring for there grandkid I was up all night last so I most likely will be up all night to as won’t be able to get meds as local chemist will be closed great help
